where we've been, what the research just told us, and the two things we are building for you right now.
[ where we've been ]
first, a quick recap.
01
phase one is built. the sponsorship engine, the apollo system, the whole foundation is done and running.
02
we agreed it's time to shift from teasing to selling. the cryptic phase did its job. now we fill seats.
03
we rebuilt the consumer ad engine. the comment-to-dm manychat flow was not getting engagement, so we went straight to meta lead-gen ads. they have already pulled 461 emails at a blended $2.69 a lead (best ad $1.83), well under the usual $5-plus, and each one feeds a multi-week gohighlevel drip.
04
you brought serious thinking to the table. the city clusters, the spend timing, the four core audiences, and the emotional heart of the show.
05
and you sent us the vault. gigabytes of real footage and audience reactions we are now mining for gold.
[ what we set out to answer ]
two questions.
question 01
what kind of content actually sells tickets for a show like this?
question 02
where, and how, do we spend the £20k to fill the room?
so before guessing, we went and got the data.
[ the research ]
what the data told us.
live-event ticket sales, uk buyer behaviour, and tours and shows like yours.
the final 2-4 weeks
most tickets sell in the short stretch right before each show, not at launch. so we do not blow the budget early.
+42%
this tour is almost all regional, and regional buyers book months ahead. so we build awareness early across those markets. london is one date, our single last-minute exception.
from mid-august
the world cup owns june and july, so we stay lean and bank cheap leads. then we ramp from mid-august, as the first shows hit their final weeks, and go heavy right across the tour.
up to 10x
authentic, real-feeling content can convert far better than slick ads. so we lead with the real, and use ai to make every piece look its best.
[ the big one ]
this is how tickets sell.
a small wave of superfans buys at launch. then it goes quiet. then the big rush comes in the last few weeks before each date.
kevin, your instinct to go big at the end is exactly right. the data backs it. we stay lean through the world cup, then ramp from mid-august as the first shows come into range.

what we're building · 01
the content + the message.
›
we're sorting the gigs from your vault into content that actually sells: the wonder, the proof, the live format, and the city call-to-action.
›
the message leads with feeling. we sell the experience of being in that room, never the spec sheet. the data is clear that feeling is what converts.
›
one clear voice and a posting rhythm, so every post has a job and a place in the feed.
the magic is in the blend: we use ai to recreate and sharpen your vault footage so it looks its best, run the strongest real clips as-is, and generate fresh spectacle on top.
what we're building · 02
where the £20k goes.
›
your clusters were the right call. but on a £20k budget we keep the cities running as one smart engine, not twenty thin campaigns, then carve out and push only the markets the data shows are getting left behind.
›
your instinct to spend big at the end is backed by research. we stay lean through the world cup, then go heavy as each city's date nears, rolling from mid-august into october.
›
meta stays the engine, already pulling leads at roughly half the typical cost. we also research which other channels earn a share of the £20k, so we are not betting it all on one platform.
we are not replacing your thinking. we are putting evidence behind it, so every pound works harder.
[ next week ]
what lands next.
01
the full organic content plan, with the messaging and the vault sorted into a real calendar.
02
the detailed £20k spend plan, mapped city by city, every decision backed by the research.
you've built something genuinely rare. now we make sure the whole uk feels it. this is going to be good.
